Mamma Olifant Childcare (Eindhoven-North)

Childcare centre Mamma Olifant is located at Zuiderzeelaan 3 in Eindhoven-North and is together with primary school ‘De Schelp‘ part of SPIL-centre Zuiderzeelaan. Within childcare centre Mamma Olifant, we offer day care, preschool and out-of-school care. There is also a free play walk-in.

We play all day long. That is why there are many toys in the rooms. The colourful groups have all kinds of corners. There is a home corner, a dressing up corner, a craft corner, a sand/water table, a construction corner, a reading corner and a relaxation corner. We like to play outside, either in our own outdoor area or in the large schoolyard. So, something for everyone!

What is special about childcare centre Mamma Olifant?

Childcare for children aged 0 to 13 years.

The childcare centre is a small and friendly location, so there is a lot of personal contact.

There are many joint activities with the pre-school classes. As a result, the transition to school will be quite smooth.

There is a lot of attention to learning the Dutch language; from our staff and library volunteers.

Children at the out-of-school care have a say in activities and purchase of materials through the children’s council.

Our gymnastics teacher devises the most enjoyable exercise activities for toddlers and out-of-school care.

The children’s centre is centrally located in the neighbourhood and we regularly take trips to the playground, the shop, the bowling alley…
